Physical Educational days outside the classroom
We have been approached by a number of schools who are looking for activity day trip venues that provide a range of fun and educational activities for their pupils, either as part of a reward based scheme, or as a way of introducing the types of activities that are beyond the capabilities of the school to provide.
Lets face it, every school will have Physical Education teachers who can cover traditional activities such as footabll, rugby, cricket, basketball and swimming. But most schools would struggle to provide their students with equipment and tuition for things like high ropes courses, archery, and river kayaking.
This is where the specialist activity centres can help, and while some are only geared up for school visits over a week or a long weekend, plenty are more than happy to welcome you for a day trip, and pack in a great deal of excitement and learning.
