Not just experience of whatever subject or topic they are experts in, but their experience in delivering these sessions to groups of students; knowing how to keep them engaged for a full day on a single subject.

Drop down days are designed to benefit students in a variety of ways. Building on previous learning, while giving them skills and experiences they may be missing from the every day lessons they receive during the school day.
