Book your visit on one of our selected dates and receive up to £1,000 towards transport costs.
We know that residential visits are a great way to experience the world beyond the classroom and enhance outdoor learning, but that the cost of transport can be a barrier for some. That’s why we’re offering new and existing customers additional support towards transport costs if they book onto one of our selected dates. What size groups do we cater for?
Our centre can accommodate 180 students based in our indoor accommodation buildings.
On-site classroom facilities?
We have adequate classroom and conference facilities for groups to use.
Is there first aid on site?
All of our instructors hold a first aid qualification. We will have a duty manager overnight who also holds a first aid qualification.
Groups with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
Yes. Most areas of the site are accessible, with a limited number of wheelchair friendly accommodation options too. We can adapt the majority of our activities to accommodate groups with limited mobility. We work hard to be as inclusive as possible.

Who are Hampshire Outdoor Centres?
Calshot offers day and residential educational visits for KS1 to A-level students. Blessed by our location and indoor activity Hangars, we deliver great programmes across the year. From a summer sailing adventure, embracing the sun, sand and sea to a winter activity trip making the most of our ski slope, climbing wall, velodrome (all indoor) and other indoor facilities.
As part of Hampshire Outdoor Centres we have a shared vision with our 3 sister centres to deliver outdoor education programmes which enhance a young persons personal, social and academic development through a journey of challenge, adventure and self-discovery.

Young Persons Support Fund At Hampshire Outdoor Centres, we believe in the transformative power of outdoor education. We are delighted to offer a support fund that provides financial assistance to young people wishing to experience our enriching programmes. We understand the financial constraints faced by schools, organisations, youth groups, and parents.
