students by putting them physically ‘within’ the
subject.
• We do this with our outstanding activities,
storylines and unparalleled resources.
• Our sessions are designed so that knowledge
absorption & retention become the valuable by-
products of our hands-on, immersive approach.

We avoid ‘show & tell’ in favour of ‘see & do’
• We literally bring ‘van-loads’ of resource!
• We put young people within the subject
• Our sessions are not about how much knowledge we can impart, but how close we
can get to the feel and understanding of the period of history.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN IN PRACTICE?

• Our sessions are almost entirely active and
engaging for 100% of the class.
• All of our workshops have large scale props and
resources and use cutting edge technologies like
projection to help bring the past to life.
• We can bring to bear 1-of-a-kind resources like
our Rolling Horse, Ancient Artillery and Viking
longship that no other provider can offer.
