Quick Overview - Bring the fascinating world of wildlife and conservation into your classroom with this wild science workshop. Choose from a general wildlife talk or a range of interactive sessions led by passionate conservationists who can even help you plan and build wildlife zones in your school! Students can dive into marine biology with workshops on whales, dolphins, and sharks, or handle fossils and skulls, uncovering the story of how creatures have evolved over millions of years. Discover pollinators, explore marine life, or understand fossils.
We offer various Wildlife Outreach topics to schools and groups. Whether you're interested in a talk by one of our conservationists about wildlife, conservation, monitoring or dedicated to a topic of your choice, we can cater for that.
We also offer Interactive Outreach sessions where we will bring all the fun about wildlife right to you!

What activities are available during this school workshop?
We offer some exciting and innovative educational sessions!
• Marine World - Dive into the sea by joining our Wild Science team looking at whale bones, sharks teeth, dolphins and more. How do these creatures survive? How do they navigate the seas together? We run interactive and educational sessions.
• Creatures Past & Present - Take a look at what creatures lived in the world including dinosaurs before looking at recent counterparts and how they live in their habitats. Through looking through our fossil finder trays, our learners will be locating and identifying what creatures may have lived among the dinosaurs.
All of our sessions include a range of props and exploration items - have you ever seen dinosaur teeth or birds wings?!

Delve into the deep with us looking at marine creatures! Throughout this workshop, we look at the unique techniques used by whales, dolphins and seals and how these benefit the creatures. We also look at the effects humans have on the ocean and how we can do better, coming up with our own missions.

Who are Wild Space?
Tadorna Wildlife are dedicated to bringing people closer to nature. Through our core aims, we want to make you feel inspired and to be WILD!
Through our Outreach work, we want to make you inspired to help wildlife whether you're looking for a general wildlife talk to your class, or whether you're looking for an interactive session, or even have us help you plan and build wildlife zones in your school!
You can visit our Wildlife Hub based at The National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthenshire and learn about the various conservation projects happening with the 560 acre site, you can also watch live cameras and chat to our dedicated team.
We offer a range of wildlife activities and events throughout the year, so there is plenty of opportunities to get into WILDLIFE!
We are able to offer Three free places for schools with a high-percentage of Free School Meals. Please get in contact to request.
