M7 Education Free School Trips
Curriculum-based experiences for schools with a high proportion of Pupil Premium children
The ultimate aim of the M7E is to create a more level playing field within education
One educational experience can change a child’s entire perspective and research shows that experiences outside of the classroom are the most likely to have a positive impact. This could range from getting more girls into STEM from an early age or introducing any child to a world of art that inspires them to delve deeper into the subject.
Recently, funding for Pupil Premium children has been allocated into other areas of the education system and these experiences are overlooked, especially in struggling schools. Filling this gap is vital to the understanding of the curriculum and M7E believe that no child should miss out on this due to their socio-economic background or cuts made by the school that they are learning in.
M7E provides free, curriculum-based experiences for schools with a high proportion of Pupil Premium children. Each trip will be led by the school but based outside of the classroom and fully funded by M7E. Time is a valuable asset for all teachers, so in order to maximise this, all planning and collateral for the trips will be completed by M7E so that they can continue to use their time planning and teaching outstanding lessons.

Every adult remembers at least one school trip and the feeling and confidence it gave them in that specific field of study, with some even creating careers out of that one experience. Every child deserves this chance to unlock their potential and open up as many opportunities as possible. If you agree with this idea and that your students would increase their in-class learning with an out of class experience then please do get in touch and hopefully, together, we can inspire the next generation of students to go on achieve their full potential.
Plan My School Trip is happy to endorse M7E and assist them with the planning of their school trips and also introduce them to schools who are most at need through our website.
We also believe that every child benefits from learning outside the classroom and we have developed this page to help promote them and give teachers an opportunity to get funding for their schools trips.
If you are a school with a high % of pupil premium in your class please fill in the short purple form on this page, letting us know a little bit more about what topic you are studying and we can literally do the rest for you.
