What size groups do we cater for?

Groups typically commence with a minimum of 10 participants, and there is no specified maximum group size. In the case of secondary schools, we offer a ratio of 1:10, providing a complimentary space for a teacher.

Access for visitors with disabilities?

Rondo Travel will always try to assist to ensure inclusivity on any of our group trips. This is best achieved by discussing any special requirements from the initial inquiry. Sadly not all destinations are currently accessible but we will always advise on suitable alternatives or work arounds.

Visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Rondo Travel is proud of its history in providing successful and rewarding tours to many groups with SEN needs. The needs of the individual are always taken into consideration.

Anything else?

In contrast to numerous tour companies that impose administrative fees for minor alterations, Rondo Travel is committed to minimizing such charges whenever possible.

Who are Rondo Travel?

Iceland stands out as one of the most captivating nations globally, renowned for its awe-inspiring natural beauty and diverse geological marvels. It is a haven for photographers and an optimal destination for budding geographers.

Explore a range of volcanic landscapes, including Hekla (the nation's most active volcano) and Eyjafjallajokull, infamous for its eruption in 2010. Witness numerous breathtaking waterfalls, traverse the tectonic plates of Europe and North America at the World Heritage Site of Pingvellir, or unwind in the exquisite geothermal pools scattered across the country.

Commencing your journey in the capital city of Reykjavik provides an excellent starting point, and with flights averaging around 2½ to 3 hours, it is more accessible than one might think.

At Rondo Travel, we prioritize understanding your specific requirements, tailoring tours to meet your needs rather than those of the tour operator. Rest assured, all our tours are financially protected through the ABTA & ATOL schemes. As proud founding members of the school travel forum, we are among the first school tour operators to receive the learning outside the classroom quality badge.
