Big School Camp
The Big School Camp concept is designed to allow all schools the opportunity to deliver these valuable experiences to 100% of their students by making it truly affordable.
We are firm believers that all children, regardless of background, wealth or need, deserve the right to be given the same experience and opportunities. Big School Camp deliver these life experiences to all children. Experience is a right, not a privilege.
Having a Big School Camp sited in the school grounds reduces the cost of providing these life enhancing experiences for pupils and allows greater opportunities for a whole year group to participate together.
We meet the current Ofsted Framework by:
-Intent- to create outdoor experiences at schools that encourage children to build resilience, strengthen their mind set and engage with nature
-Implementation- is well planned, that contributes to raising standards and improving students personal, social and emotional development
-Impact- 100% participation for regardless of income, needs or background
