We offer a fantastic bespoke school geography tour package to Iceland, enabling schools to build their perfect itinerary which compliments the school curriculum and gives students a chance to experience first-hand, the geographical phenomena that they are learning about in the classroom.
Take in some of Iceland’s most iconic and spectacular sights including tours of the Southern Coast where you will discover Reynisfjara Volcanic Black Sand Beach-Famous for its Puffins.
A tour of the Golden Circle includes visits to Iceland’s Largest Lake, Thingvallavatn, Gullfoss (The Golden Waterfall) a 32 Meter double Cascade waterfall and Strokkur Geyser which spouts to a height of about 25 meters (82 ft) and erupts at about 5-7 minute intervals.
The Reykjanes peninsula and Blue Lagoon tour visits bubbling hot springs, lava flows, traditional fishing villages, Viking world and the world famous Blue Lagoon.
Dependant on the time of year and conditions, there is also the chance for groups to witness one of the great natural spectacles on the planet by gazing up at the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights.

Day 1
Flight departs from London.
City Tour of Reykjavik- The world’s northernmost Capital.
Check in to Hotel.
Day 2
• South Shore Excursion tour including -
Lava Village, Eyrarbakki Village, Seljalandsfoss waterfall, Solheimajokull Ice wallGlacier walk, Vik I Myrdal-Iceland southernmost Village, Reynisfjara Volcanic Black Sand beach-Famous for Puffins, Dyrholaey-120 m Spur of Rock and South Shore excursion-Driving along Eyjafjallajokull.
Day 3
• Golden Circle with English Speaking Guide to include –
Thingvellir National Park - a UNESCO Heritage Site, the world’s oldest existing Parliament, Iceland’s Largest Lake Thingvallavatn, Great Atlantic Rift Visible, a rift that is slowly pulling Iceland apart along tectonic plates and you can literally walk between the American and Eurasian continental plates, Gullfoss (The Golden Waterfall) a 32 Meter double Cascade Waterfall, Geothermal areas, Geysers of Geysir and Strokkur, the Great Geysir’s
little brother, is spouting to a height of about 25 meters (82 ft) and erupts at about 5-7 minute intervals, Skalholt-Centuries of Icelandic history
Day 4
• Reykjanes peninsula and Blue Lagoon tour to include -
Lake Kleifarvatn-bubbling hot springs, Krysuvik Coast-Cross the lava flows, Grindavik, traditional fishing Village, Reykjanesviti Light House, have a walk across Iceland’s Bridge between two Continents traversing the Mid Atlantic Ridge, Viking-world, the home of Íslendingur the Viking ship that sailed to America in the year 2000 to celebrate the anniversary of land found by Leifur Eiríksson in the year 1000, Blue Lagoon, Natural Geothermal Pool with healing properties. Indoor pool and geothermal Sauna also onsite.
Day 5
Breakfast.
Depart for Reykjavik Airport.
Return Flight to the UK.
