Our workshops are a great way of bringing the curriculum to life without the hassle of organising a school trip! During this rainforest workshop, your class will come face to face with an Amazonian tarantula, ants, sloths, leopards and capuchin monkeys. You'll also be able to fly over the emergent layer of the Amazon Rainforest itself!
In addition to learning all about these animals and their habitat, your class will learn about the impacts of deforestation and how this is impacting rainforests across the world.
Following on from this workshop, your pupils can produce an amazing piece of creative writing based on your experience.

Creative writing At PrimeVR, we understand how difficult it can be to inspire children with their writing. We aim to create excitement by virtually transporting pupils into the rainforest! Not only will we provide your class with exciting facts about the rainforest but we'll also provide them with an experience to ignite their imagination. Biology
Animals including humans Living things and habitats Habitats PrimeVR can bring your animals and habitats topic to life by transporting your pupils to the Amazon Rainforest! Using virtual reality headsets, we'll introduce your class to various animals, including an Amazonian tarantula, ants, a jaguar, sloths and cheeky capuchin monkeys.

Environmental Geography
Rainforest Climate change Global warming Pollution PrimeVR can bring your rainforest topic to life by transporting your pupils to the Amazon Rainforest! Using virtual reality headsets, we'll introduce your class to various animals, including an Amazonian tarantula, ants, a jaguar, sloths and even capuchin monkeys.
In addition to learning all about these animals and their habitats, your class will learn about the impacts of deforestation and how this is impacting rainforests across the world.
What size groups do you cater for?
We can deliver up to six workshops throughout the school day with a maximum of 32 pupils in each workshop.
We bring in 16 headsets and pupils will share one between two during workshops.
We recommend workshops lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.
