What size groups do we cater for?
We offer educational visits for up to 30 guests (children and accompanying staff). Play sessions are available for larger groups (subject to the attraction's capacity limit of 265 guests). We recommend a ratio of one adult to four children. Our staff are unable to supervise children playing on the equipment; this responsibility remains with the carer or guardian.
Is there first aid on site?
Visiting schools must provide a fully trained First Aider who is familiar with any conditions or additional needs of the children in their care. Dinotropolis and Bluewater Shopping Centre always have First Aiders on duty.
