TYF
For over three decades, teachers have been bringing pupils to for programmes they know will change lives. Our interactive and engaging sessions will explore food literacy, food citizenship and food systems change, enabling learners to gain a holistic understanding of the importance of a resilient, thriving and circular food system as well as the challenges and issues facing the food system.
With trips to the Grub Kitchen, their research investigates how they can farm to feed a growing population and look after wildlife at the same time.
Yes TYF have always been produ to adapt to any needs of each individual student. We offer 1-1 guiding for students with physical and special educational needs. Creating a safe space for students in the outdoors is our number 1 priority and research has backed that students with complex needs do indeed retain taught information and learnt skills to a higher level if this is done in the outdoors. We can adapt our sessions to students with physical disabilities so that nobody misses out on an adventure!
