Anatomy Explorer: VR Journey Through the Human Body Workshop

Making use of cutting-edge Virtual Reality technology, students have the opportunity to explore the interior of the human body firsthand. They will discover various systems such as the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems, gaining insights into how these systems collaborate to keep the body healthy. This workshop offers an engaging and interactive learning experience ideal for schools aiming to deepen students' understanding of human biology and boost their scientific literacy.The VR Workshops can be tailored to the specific requirements of the Key Stages within your school. This may be a pure VR experience or a workshop that uses VR as a learning tool, amongst other activities. The sessions are led by experienced TA Education educators who will guide staff and students through the activity allowing pupils to learn and teachers to observe.

What activities are available during this school workshop?
Your students will use VR headsets to develop their knowledge of the human body, covering Biology curriculum topics such as cells, senses, the Digestive System, Circulatory system, and more.
The students will be able to experience the word they are learning with the immersive feel of virtual reality. The students will have content sent to their VR headsets ready for them to discuss what they can see.

The use of VR and other forms of multimedia allow students to see the human body from a different aspect. This allows them to see, investigate and discuss the workings of the human body.
What size groups do we cater for?
Up to 35 budding biologists can take part in each session. A member of staff is required to be present during the workshop.
