Our workshops are a great way of bringing the curriculum to life without the hassle of organising a school trip! During the South America workshop, your children can visit the following landmarks:
- The Amazon Rainforest
- Christ the Redeemer in Rio De Janeiro
- The Galapagos Islands
- Angel Falls, Venezuela
- Machu Picchu, Peru
Whilst visiting each of these locations, our passionate educators will provide your pupils with a range of facts and answer any questions they may have.
Following on from this workshop, your pupils can produce an amazing piece of creative writing about their favourite place.

Creative writing
At PrimeVR, we understand how difficult it can be to inspire children with their writing. We aim to create excitement by virtually transporting your class to the Americas! Not only will we provide your class with exciting facts about different landmarks across the Americas but we'll also provide them with an experience to ignite their imagination. Give VR a go and see how it helps with creative writing!

During this PrimeVR workshop, pupils will be transported across South America where they'll be able to see famous landmarks in 360°. Hover over the Rio De Janeiro skyline and stand next to the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. This PrimeVR workshop is a great way of bringing your South America topic to life!
We'll also take your class to the Amazon Rainforest, where they'll encounter a variety of different animals that live there!
What size groups do we cater for?
We can deliver up to six workshops throughout the school day with a maximum of 32 pupils in each workshop.
We bring in 16 headsets and pupils will share one between two during workshops.
We recommend workshops lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.

Visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Yes. Weve worked with a number of SEN schools and the response/feedback to VR has been fantastic. We have visited a number of SEN schools across the country, from KS2 in primary to KS3 and KS4 in secondary schools. We have a range of workshops that can be adapted to suit your students needs.
