From setting up the equipment and running the activities, to explaining safety measures and packing down at the end of the event, our instructors will take the lead allowing you to fully enjoy the day.

A dedicated instructor will liaise closely with you to ensure full satisfaction with the event and will factor in any last minute changes that may be needed with minimal disruption. Full instructions will be provided and health and safety briefings will be delivered before each activity. Risk assessments for all activities are also available upon request.

If you have any concerns regarding your chosen location for the event, our team is more than happy to arrange a site visit prior to booking so that one of our trained members of staff can ensure that you get the most out of your day.

We help to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that pupils need to play a full part in society as active and responsible citizens. Many of our activities require students to cooperate, listen, and become part of a team working towards a common goal. The activities also encourage taking personal responsibility and resilience and the need to push our own personal boundaries.

From 15 to 150

On-site classroom facilities?

Not applicable as we come to you.

Is there first aid on site?

Yes. All staff that travel to your preferred location will be fully first aid trained.

Access for visitors with disabilities

Yes. Please let us know more about your group and we will get back to you with more details about the suitability of what we offer.

Visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Yes. We certainly can. Please use the form below to let us know your group's specific SEN requirements and we will get back to you with more information on how we can tailor our learning experience for your children.


Who are Walesby Forest?

Same adventure. Different place.
Our experienced leaders will come to your school or a venue of your choice and run a fantastic event for groups of all sizes and people of all ages.

Our team will travel to any organisation within 50 miles of Walesby and provide all of the equipment needed for one of our exciting activity days. If your school is further away, overnight accommodation will need to be included for all staff to allow for the early start, setting up and preparing for the fun-filled day ahead.

All of the activities have full safety measures in place and are suitable for a variety of people and different events:
