AI Adventures: Artificial Intelligence with Minecraft Education Workshop
TA Education
Through MakeCode blocks or Python coding, Hour of Code allows anyone to learn the basics of coding and discover ways to build a better AI for everyone. The journey starts with an unexpected visit from the Agent, who comes with an urgent mission. They'll guide your students through a series of future scenarios where they correct problems stemming from wayward AI tools. Throughout the challenges, learners resolve issues around fairness and discrimination, reliability and safety, and more as they progress toward an epic finale.
Minecraft Hour of Code: Generation AI won't just inspire students to learn coding basics. It will also drive thoughtful discussions about the ethical implications of coding and AI development.
The workshops can fit into your daily timetable or be the length of a couple of lessons to allow us to cover more content.

Which curriculum topics do we cater for?
Computing Workshop
Artificial Intelligence Coding
The workshop will introduce the students to the importance of Artificial Intelligence when it is appropriate to use and learn how to purposefully code to implement a resolution to challenges along the way.
What size groups do we cater for?
Up to 35 students can take part in each session. A member of staff is required to be present during the workshop.

Delivered by qualified educators, workshops can be delivered in your classroom, at a local museum or public location. All technology and equipment are included in the price.
