With student wellbeing becoming an increasing priority for schools, finding effective ways to support mental health is essential.

That’s where OpenView Education's Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops come in.

Designed to help students develop positive mental wellbeing, these workshops provide a highly engaging and interactive learning experience for your Whole School.

Using drama, performance, puppetry, and storytelling, our workshops bring key wellbeing topics to life, helping students build resilience and develop essential strategies for looking after their mental health.

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops are delivered by professional performers, in the workshops we use drama, storytelling, and role-play to help students explore emotions and build resilience in an engaging way.

We use puppetry and theatre to deliver wellbeing messages in an engaging and original way.

Our workshops are very interactive, so students will be up on their feet, taking part in activities and learning new skills.

OpenView Educations Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops will...

Reassure students that feeling worried and concerned about big life changes, can be a normal and natural response.

Equip students with easy mindfulness techniques they can use to manage their emotions.

Help students to learn what happens inside our brain when we feel worried or upset, and how talking about our emotions can help us to feel better.

Help students to build resilience, show them simple strategies for how they can boost their confidence levels.

Raise awareness about our mental health and wellbeing, and the importance of self-care.

Develops students self awareness through mindfulness.

Our Wellbeing Workshops use drama to bring mental health and wellbeing topics to life in an engaging, interactive way. Through storytelling, role-play, and puppetry, our professional performers create immersive experiences that help students explore emotions, develop empathy, and build confidence.

Students take part in interactive role-play scenarios, learning how to seek support and respond to challenges in a safe, creative environment. Younger students enjoy puppetry-based storytelling, making key wellbeing messages accessible and fun.

By getting students up on their feet, using movement, voice, and expression, we ensure that wellbeing learning is memorable, meaningful, and empowering.


What size groups do we cater for?

We offer flexible package to cater for your whole school. Get in touch and we will provide the best options to cater for your number of students.

KS2 Workshops: 30 students.
EYFS/KS1 Workshops: 120 students

Visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Our workshops are fully inclusive and engaging for learners at a range of different abilities.

We want to ensure that our workshops are the right fit for your learners. Noone knows your students better than you, thats why the first step in our process is to have a conversation about your specific requirements.
