Food Technology Trip to Sorrento School Trips

PlanMySchoolTrip

trip icon Tours are based in and around Sorrento where there are blue skies and warm days for much of the year, making it an ideal place to visit throughout the year. There are numerous learning opportunities that will enthuse and motivate students; from factory visits to see the stages of olive oil production, a visit to a traditional farm that makes mozzarella cheese each day, a visit to a pasta factory and a visit to Pompeii will throw light on Roman bakeries and fast food takeaways - there is much to enjoy. No trip would be complete without a visit to a Gelateria for a tour and tasting and there is the opportunity to enjoy a cookery class that is either lunch or dinner of the day.
