FFSA's signature STEM field study programs include:
Theme Park Engineering: Students explore the science of thrill rides, learning the physics of acceleration, G-forces, and structural design while testing their own coaster concepts.
Space & Innovation: At Kennedy Space Center and beyond, students dive into topics like rocketry, life on Mars, and the future of space exploration then pitch their own space colony designs.
Game Design & Coding: Our 'Behind the Screen' program introduces students to the tools and techniques used in the gaming industry, from storyboarding and coding to music and environmental design.
Environmental Science: Through hands-on field studies and immersive workshops, students investigate ecosystems, conservation strategies, and sustainability challenges, applying scientific thinking to real-world environmental issues.
