Texas Space STEM is a challenging 5-day program promoting teamwork, problem solving, communication and engineering solutions to space-related situations. It is designed to develop and improve critical thinking skills, fiscal responsibility, creativity and the drive to be successful. This unique itinerary includes 7 hours of guided behind the scenes tours, activities, simulations and STEM workshops each day all operated by NASA’s Space University team. Your students are occupied from 8am to 4pm daily with an evening entertainment programme provided including ten pin bowling, laser quest, funfair rides, Tex-Mex evening and quiz night.

Example Itineraries
Day one - flight to Houston, check in to hotel
Day two - Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Space Center for guided tour of the Rocket Park and Vehicle Mock Up Facility. Lunch at NASA's Food Lab followed by Rocket Building Masterclass. Evening meal at hotel and Quiz Night.
Day three - Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Space Center for Rocket Launching and guided tour of the Apollo Landing Mission Control Centre. Lunch at NASA's Food Lab followed by Martian Habitat challenge. Evening meal at Tex Mex Restaurant.
Day four - Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Space Center for Q&A session with a NASA engineer. Lunch at NASA's Food Lab followed by Astronaut Scuba Diving training. Evening meal at The Main Event and Ten Pin Bowling/Laser Quest.
Day five - Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Space Center for Thermal Heat Shield and Cryogenics Testing. Lunch at NASA's Food Lab followed by Vex Robotics Challenge. Evening meal at Bubba Gumps and Fun Fair Rides at Kemah Boardwalk.
Day six -Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Space Center for Guided tour of Independence Plaza and Graduation Ceremony with A&A session with a NASA astronaut. Lunch at NASA's Food Lab followed by souvenir shopping. Evening meal at Baybrook Mall.
Day seven -Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for return flight to UK.

What size groups do you cater for?
Minimum group size is 20, maximum group size is 48. We offer 1 free teacher place for every 10 paying pupils.
Do you offer access for visitors with disabilities?
With prior knowledge to booking we can arrange a tour that takes into consideration any students with disabilities.
Do you cater for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We can cater for students with special educational needs but will need prior knowledge for ski school requirements.
