Tokyo City Tour

Mount Fuji

Languages

As you go, we'll be sure to take you to the local markets, shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, and squares so that you can practice your language skills.

Whether it's ordering food, buying souvenirs, asking for directions, or simply engaging with the public, immersing yourself in the local language is the perfect way to learn. Science

For those studying human geography, you'll have plenty of opportunities to discuss urban planning in a rugged landscape, the push and pull factors that are driving people toward the cities, and the issues facing the country from an aging population, a low birth rate, and low immigration figures.

For those focussed on physical geography, you'll find yourself in one of the best-prepared countries for dealing with geohazards, such as earthquakes, volcanoes, typhoons, and landslides. While visiting a variety of significant sites, you can learn how plate boundaries here have created this beautiful island chain, as well as the numerous hazards that the country has learned to manage.
