Computer Science & Art Trip To New York School Trips

Sweet Chariot

trip icon This cross curricular trip to New York is an opportunity to explore one of the most exciting cities in the world. Computer science students can visit Microsoft's flagship store and take part in a coding workshop. Art students will visit the Museum of Modern Art and have a tour of Brooklyn's street art scene.

Example Itineraries for our 2026 trips

Day 1: Transatlantic flight to NYC

- Depart for your flight to New York
- Arrive into New York and transfer to your hotel
- Afternoon visit to the Empire State Building
- Dinner at a restaurant in Times Square

Day 2: Microsoft Store/Brooklyn Street Art and Graffiti

- Breakfast at hotel
- Morning visit and workshop at the Microsoft store / Brooklyn Art and Graffiti tour
- Lunch own expense
- Afternoon Circle Line cruise of Manhattan Island including Statue of Liberty
- Dinner at restaurant
- Evening at Broadway Show

Day 3: NY Hall of Science and Museum of Modern Art

- Breakfast at hotel
- Morning visit to the NY Hall of Science and workshop on the process of Computer Design
- Art group to Museum of Modern Art
- Afternoon 'visit to Ground Zero, 9/11 memorial and museum
- Dinner at restaurant
- Visit to Top of the Rock Observation Centre

Day 4: Robert Foundry Radio City and Nintendo Store

- Breakfast at Panera
- Morning at Robot Foundry visit, where the students will enjoy a coding workshop. At the same time, their will be a Radio City Art Deco tour
- Afternoon 'visit to the Nintendo Store
- Evening 'attend a Baseball game with dinner

Day 5: Macy's tour and shopping

- Breakfast at Panera
- Tour of Macy's store and shopping
Lunch (own account)
- Pick up bags at Wolcott Hotel
- Private transfer to Airport
- Flight departs

Day 6: Flight home

- Depart on flight home
