Ardentinny School Trip

Activities include climbing, abseiling, kayaking, canoeing, dragon boating, archery, hill walking, orienteering, gorge walking, rock hopping, sailing, mountain biking and more!
Our courses consist of outdoor learning, John Muir Award, Self programme field studies, school holiday camps, adventure in the outdoors, food and functions, undergraduate training and skills for the National Park and beyond.

Ardentinny Outdoor Education Centre can comfortably accommodate in excess of 80 pupils and 10 visiting staff.

Ardentinny has a small library and various break-out areas which can also be used as classroom facilities

Providing extensive ongoing training for all our staff ensures we maintain strict procedures and good practice at all times. All of Ardentinny's instructional staff are first aiders. Monitored continually by independent safety experts we adhere to their advice and recommendations. As you would expect, Ardentinny holds a current Adventure Activities Licensing Authority Licence (A.A.L.A.)

Ardentinny centre has an en-suite dormitory which caters for wheelchair users. There is also a disabled toilet in the entrance foyer.
