Tudors School Trip

Henry VIII

Beaudesert Outdoor Adventures brings Tudor history to life through immersive "Living History" experiences set within the historic grounds of Beaudesert Hall. Students explore key events from the Tudor period while taking part in hands-on activities including archery, fencing, Tudor pastimes and a guided history tour connected to King Henry VIII and the dissolution of the monasteries.

Beaudesert Hall was gifted to Lord Paget by King Henry VIII, giving students the opportunity to learn about Tudor England in a real historical setting. Our 1 and 2 day experiences are designed to engage students through storytelling, interactive learning and practical activities, helping bring the Tudor timeline to life in a memorable and exciting way. Students can also take part in a falconry experience through our partners at Tora Falconry, adding another authentic element to their visit.
