At the heart of what we offer is authentic adventure, activities that can provide your students with experiences they'll never forget. We offer a diverse range of outdoor activities such as canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing, gorge walking, raft building, archery and many more.
The programmes we offer benefit from the intimate nature of the centre, only having 40 beds and working on an exclusive use basis we ensure the groups coming to us have all of our attention and care, group sizes range from 12 to 40.
Located in Teesdale, a beautiful valley deep in the North Pennines our location affords us unrivalled access to some truly wonderful activity venues, from rafting down the river Tees to abseiling down hidden waterfalls, our location plays a huge part in our popularity.

There is no better way to have fun than with water! Students will learn to deal with challenges and learn new skills, whilst getting very wet.
Learning in the field to satisfy the requirements of the National Curriculum with the option to add an outdoor activity to the programme if desired.
Our activities can be tied into the national curriculum and introduce students to the Romans, Bronze Age, etc. whilst having a great time with fire and camp cooking.
