Transport your pupils to 1912 and the disaster of the Titanic through an imaginative drama workshop that develops empathy and understanding. Altru's Titanic drama workshop gives children the chance to play key characters, memorise facts and learn all about the luxurious but ill-fated ship.

Performing Arts Workshop

We use engaging and fun drama activities in our workshops, which support pupils’ learning about this important piece of history, helping them to understand how and why it happened as well as learning more broadly about the ship, the people onboard and the chronology of events.

All our workshops are designed to support children to learn in a creative way with the use of Drama and Performing Arts techniques. Drama workshops are a great way for children to make memories and retain topic information for years to come!

Who are Altru?

We are a creative education, non-profit organisation that exist to provide drama workshops to help support learning and development in schools. Our aim is to offer all children the opportunity to learn in new, exciting and creative ways. We passionately believe in the value of Drama as a tool to help children develop skills, expand knowledge and grow in confidence.
