The Problem Solving Company is an award-winning education and enrichment provider specialising in engaging, hands-on learning experiences for schools. Our work focuses on developing essential skills such as problem solving, teamwork, creativity and resilience, skills that are increasingly vital both in education and beyond.

Since 2007 we have designed immersive workshops and programmes that challenge students through collaboration, experimentation and critical thinking. Our experiences are carefully structured to be inclusive and accessible, enabling all students to participate, contribute and build confidence in their abilities. Learning is active, practical and purposeful, encouraging students to reflect on their thinking and learn from both success and failure.

Working with schools across the UK we deliver Maths Workshops, Team Building Days and Escape Room Experiences. All our activity days incorporate hands on problem solving, with the students working in teams allowing development of essential soft skills including communication, collaboration and resilience, which lie at the heart of effective teamwork. Our programmes complement the curriculum while offering something different from traditional classroom learning, making them ideal for enrichment days.
All our workshops are run by experienced passionate educators who all hold a current enhanced DBS.

Above all, our aim is to create memorable learning experiences that inspire young people to think differently, work together and develop the confidence to tackle a variety of challenges—skills they will carry with them long after the day is over.
