Religious Study Tour Rome School Trips

PlanMySchoolTrip

trip icon Discover Religious Studies tours that have been designed to compliment the GCSE Religious Study syllabus, which allow students to explore Religious Beliefs and Lifestyles. Throughout their GCSE and A-Level studies, students are encouraged to develop their interest in, and enthusiasm for religion and its relation to the wider world.

These visits have been carefully selected to ensure that students' understanding of religion is developed by exploring beliefs, teachings, sources, practices, ways of life and forms of expressing meaning.

Feedback from teachers shows that students who take part in a religious studies trip are engaged in a way that no text or classroom teaching would achieve.

Anything else?

Our trips are run by companies who understand the process and can help make your school trip planning run smoothly.

Who are PlanMySchoolTrip?

Rome is arguably one of the most important cities of the Roman Catholic faith. It is bursting with enriching experiences for Religious Studies students; whether it be attending a Papal Audience participation session in St Peter's Square, or simply exploring the countless Basilicas and Churches that the city houses.

Students will have the opportunity to reflect on a wealth of religious heritage, while exploring their beliefs in the "real world."

They will of course along their journey visit numerous places of Worship, have an increased understanding of the reasons for Pilgrimage and have an opportunity to gain an enriching insight into one of the world's most influential religions.
