Example Itineraries for our 2026 trips
Typically a 4 day itinerary, it can be adapted to suit individual preference and include any specific visits as indicated at the time of enquiry.
Day 1 - Travel to Normandy with a visit to a cheese farm en route according to time.
Day 2 - Biscuit making followed by a visit to Caen Castle, built by William the Conqueror and continue to the Bayeux Tapestry.
Day 3 - Mont St Michel with a caramels factory on the way back to the hotel.
Day 4 - According to the day of the week, visit a market, boulangerie or snail farm on the way back to Calais and the return to the UK.

Our accommodation is located close to and easily accessible to al the visits of the itinerary. It is also possible to organise a Portsmouth-Caen crossing for a group. Travel is by coach that stays with the group for the duration of the trip.
