Our interactive workshops aims to nurture this belief through interactive discussions and role play thus boosting students confidence and understanding of important subjects.All of our workshops are delivered by Nath Fernandes, a qualified NCFE Life Coach who has first hand experience of the subjects covered i.e. bullying. This gives him the unique ability to relate with students on a personal level.

What activities are available during this school workshop?
We invite pupils to participate in a range of activities designed to increase their understanding of a particular topic or boost confidence. Some examples are as follows:
During our Anti-Bullying workshop, we demonstrate how to create a 'safe space' using a simple object, the principle of which pupils can adopt if one was to experience bullying.
Our Business Skills workshop is based upon the '4'Ps' model enabling pupils to explore various aspects of a successful business ranging from marketing to finance.

Business Workshop
Enterprise and Leadership Finance and Accounts Marketing Operations Management
During our Business Skills workshop, students delve into various aspects of a business including Finance, Human Resources and Marketing to discover what it takes to run a successful company. This is accompanied by Nath sharing his own experience of creating and selling successful businesses.
The workshop is designed to inspire and motivate students who may wish to create a business in the future, however, it can be beneficial in many other ways such as managing finances.
In the past, we have delivered this workshop as part of an 'options' drop down day for Year 11.

We have worked with schools as part of drop down days (with classes with 30 pupils) or within an assembly style environment. All our workshops are tailored to suit your requirements in terms of size.
