Theatre Workout will then remind them directly when instalments are due, or if any other information is required.

Throughout, you will have oversight, so you can see who's booked and who hasn't.

Unfortunately, as nice as it would be, Theatre Workout can't do it ALL for you.

You will still need to do things like rooming lists - they're your students and you know best who should, and who shouldn't, room with certain students.

However, this can all be done within your online portal, so all the details are in one place, along with menu pre-orders, and other lists you may need to create.

All this should make booking your trip (almost) effortless, so you can focus on what you do best - teaching!
