Theatre Workout, the award-winning school trip organiser, has been busy this summer implementing a new booking system that saves teachers the headach of all the trip admin.

In partnership with you, they'll first create a snazzy online itinerary tailored to your group's needs, which you can discuss and get approval for with your team.

Next, they price it up for you and provide you with a unique link which you can share with the parents of your class.

Parents can see all the details of the trip, register their child, provide all the required information about their dietary requirements, medical care, etc, and pay any relevant deposit.

Theatre Workout will then remind them directly when instalments are due, or if any other information is required.

Throughout, you will have oversight, so you can see who's booked and who hasn't.

Unfortunately, as nice as it would be, Theatre Workout can't do it ALL for you.

You will still need to do things like rooming lists - they're your students and you know best who should, and who shouldn't, room with certain students.

However, this can all be done within your online portal, so all the details are in one place, along with menu pre-orders, and other lists you may need to create.

All this should make booking your trip (almost) effortless, so you can focus on what you do best - teaching!
