Then visit a Prosciutto di Modena factory for a guided tour to see how this traditional cured ham product is manufactured.
Visit the Mercato Quadrilatero to witness a traditional Italian food market in action!
In the afternoon, learn about the production process of the delicious Italian gelato with a Gelato Experience workshop at the Carpigiani Gelato museum.
Afterwards, get a taste of Bologna’s enviable food scene with a guided walking tour of the old medieval market streets.
On your last day, enjoy a visit to FICO Eataly World, the largest food park in Italy, and learn how to make fresh pasta with an Italian Cookery Class!
