We also consult the current curriculums when developing our visits, meaning these are always relevant, engaging, fun and above all rewarding for your students.

Our goal is to make planning a school trip as stressfree, smooth and rewarding as possible and we achieve this by reducing the burden of paperwork and organisation on the end of yourself, the group leader.

Example Itineraries for our 2026 trips

Adaptable Travel will tailor make the trip based around the needs of your group. below is an example itinerary to give you a guide.

DAY 1:
Fly from the UK to Berlin.
Depending on the time of your scheduled arrival you will have varying amounts of free time to explore the city upon arrival. If your group is in luck, you could squeeze in a visit to the Berlin TV Tower, offering amazing views of the city you are soon to explore!

Day 2:
After breakfast at your accommodation, your group will visit the German Technical Museum, to discover some amazing technology and explore incredible engineering exhibits. This location is also home to the fascinating Spectrum Science Centre, boasting a collection of 250 exhibitions and hands-on experiments for your students to try.
In the evening your group will enjoy an evening meal together.

Day 3:
Today your group will transfer to Zeuthen by coach, for a visit to DESY, one of Europe's pre-eminent particle physics research centres. Students will witness the fantastic facility which is home to over 650 scientists and photon science experts.
Your group will enjoy some free time and an evening meal upon your return to Berlin

Day 4:
Depending on your flight time you may have some free time in Berlin before your return flight home. If this is the case, the Life Science Learning Lab is a fantastic visit which is home to a superb gene and biotechnology institute.
