After breakfast your group will enjoy a morning of language lessons, preparing them for the day's visits ahead.
Following lunch, your group will embark on a guided tour of Berlin, stopping at sites such as the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial Sites.
After a jam-packed day in the city your group will have their evening meal and some free time, we can organise additional leisure activities such as bowling in the evening.

After lunch, travel to the Berlin TV Tower where your guide will walk you through the amazing views you can see at the top. Following this, you will visit the Story of Berlin Museum, where your students will enjoy a guided tour through the city's fascinating past.
In the evening your group will put their language skills to the test once more ordering an evening meal in German.

Your students should now be flying through their morning German lessons!

After this, your guide will take you to the Olympiastadium, a unique blend of both old and new Berlin, built by the Nazis, used in the 2006 World Cup, this visit can be lead in German.
In the evening your group will enjoy their final evening meal, and a chance to flaunt their new skills.

Who are Adaptable Travel?

Berlin is a truly unique city which brilliantly combines its history with a funky, creative and bustling modern atmosphere. Since the famous fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the city of Berlin has transformed into a modern hub of innovation, design, and culture and developed its own unique identity amongst the modern cities of Europe. A language trip to Berlin allows students to sample this unique blend of culture, history and modern atmosphere while building on their foundations of the German language. Groups will engage with locals in a variety of different scenarios allowing them to utilise their language skills to convey thoughts, ideas, experiences, and feelings during visits throughout the city. These trips are designed to incorporate elements of the curriculum into the activities and visits throughout the trip allowing students to experience; linguistic activities, develop their knowledge and understanding of the language, engage creatively in scenarios and develop their cultural understanding of Germany as a country and the specific history of Berlin.
Suited to students from Key stage 2 through to 5 these tours allow you, the group leader to tailor-make your itinerary to ensure your group gets the very most out of their experience. Our German language tours in Berlin allow you to incorporate structured classroom learning in the form of language lessons while also benefiting from cultural visits which allow students to utilise their skills outside the classroom and push themselves in new situations.
We can offer set packages based on our most popular itineraries or create a bespoke itinerary for your group, either way, Berlin will make a great destination for your next languages trip.
