Example Itineraries for our 2026 trips

Adaptable Travel works with each group leader to create a bespoke itinerary to suit their requirements, however should you wish more insight into our Amsterdam Art trips please check out our sample itinerary below:

Day 1

Your group will depart your school early in the morning and arrive Amsterdam. Your first day in Amsterdam will begin with a visit to the Stedelijk Museum, the city's leading centre for contemporary art and classic modern design.
Finish off the day with a fantastic cruise down the city's iconic canals, enjoying the picturesque views of the city.
Finally your group will transfer to your hotel and check-in

Day 2

Start your day off right, with breakfast in your hotel, before visiting Holland's largest museum; The Rijksmuseum. This fantastic museum is internationally renowned for student research due to the vast significance of the treasures it houses.
After breaking for lunch, your group will continue to the Van Gogh Museum, followed by a final visit to the Kroller Muller Museum.
In the evening your group will enjoy an evening meal at the Hard Rock Cafe.
Return to your hotel after your evening meal to relax after a jam-packed day.

Day 3

After enjoying breakfast in your hotel you and your group will visit Gaasan Diamonds and discover how Amsterdam got its name as the 'City of Diamonds'.
After this visit your group will enjoy your final visit in Amsterdam, the beautiful Palace op de Dam.
Finally, your group will depart Amsterdam to begin your return journey home.
