The Salters Company
School Trips
Home / London & South East / City of London
Our exciting new learning programme was developed in collaboration with The London Metropolitan Archives in 2017 and since then we have grown and grown and now have amazing FREE offers for all learners. From schools, home education groups, adult learners and families we engage, explore and educate through our workshops.
We offer a range of workshops that are cross-curriculum from KS1- KS5 for FREE.
Most workshops provide a tour of our award-winning building with a rare glimpse into our archives and our Royal Charter of 1607.
Workshops take in the history, science, chemistry and design and technology curriculums.

Chemistry and science are tackled with exciting experiments and debate where students can create their own delicious ice cream and discover the chemistry behind it.
