Malvern Hills Outdoor Education Company, established in 2012, consists of Outdoor Elements in Malvern and Bell Heath. We are the largest not-for-profit organisation providing fantastic outdoor experiences for people of all ages and abilities in the West Midlands. We are based in the Malvern Hills which is an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Heart of England and sited in 9 acres of stunning woodland which provides the perfect setting for the adventure activities and challenges all around us on site and throughout the surrounding spectacular countryside.

Our team of highly qualified specialist instructors work closely with all groups to deliver bespoke courses for stays lasting from one day to one week.

We promise every visitor that whatever your ability you will have a great time, the chance to appreciate and learn from the natural environment and by doing so you will take away great memories and lessons for life.

We are inspired by the great outdoors and offer a range of exhilarating activities: high ropes and zip wires, abseiling, climbing and orienteering, mountain walking and grass sledging, kayaking, bush and water crafts, and lots more. The main focus of the time you spend here with us will be developing team work and leadership skills, building independence and self-confidence and facilitating exploration.

All our profits are used to develop the site and enhance the experience for our visitors. We have a special focus on young people with Special Educational Needs and we take great pride in everyone experiencing our high ropes courses, whatever their ability, working closely with schools, businesses and groups to ensure our courses are tailored to suit every individual need.”

At Outdoor Elements, we endeavour to ensure that our centres are accessible to as many young people as possible. We believe that the best way to understand the limitations and extent of our provision at each centre is to recommend that party leaders visit our centres in order to talk through your requirements with our onsite management team.

Do you cater for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Our instructors are fully qualified to appreciate the individual needs of each of our visitors and will do all they can to ensure that everyone has the time of their lives by taking part in all activities on offer. For more details on our provision for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including learning difficulties, hearing, visual or mobility impairment and behavioural issues along with risk assessments for SEND, we highly recommend that party leaders contact us to discuss specific SEND requirements.
