Schools and youth groups have been welcomed in youth hostels since the beginning of Hostelling Scotland back in 1931. Although the hostels have changed, the ethos of welcoming young people has remained and our youth hostels provide a great environment for young people to come and stay. As a not-for-profit organisation we are dedicated to the reinvestment of our properties and strive to make improvements of our hostel facilities and amenities.
We offer a diverse range of accommodation in many unique locations throughout Scotland. From city locations steeped in culture and history to remote countryside hideaways perfect for outdoor activities, we have something to suit groups of all sizes.
