Whitlingham Adventure is a Learning Destination for Norfolk's Children's University which offers 8 - 14 years old's exciting and innovative activities and experiences outside normal school hours.
Safety is our top priority, all staff hold the relevant qualifications for the discipline they deliver, together with a current first-aid certificate. All activities delivered at Whitlingham Adventure and other venues under the Outdoor Educational programme comply with the National Governing Body (NGB) and with the Adventurous Activity Licensing Authority (AALA).
What activities are available during group visits?
Outdoor Activities include Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Katakanu, Raft Building, Archery, Off Road Biking, Team Challenges, Bushcraft, Orienteering, Climbing, Water Safety, Environmental Activities. We can also deliver some of our activities on your own school site.
What size groups do you cater for?
We can cater for all different size groups from 1 to 120.

Do you offer on-site classroom facilities?
We have a cabin which can be used as a classroom to seat up to 28 people (booking required). The cabin has an overhead projector, a whiteboard, flip charts, WIFI, network connection, use of iPads, tea and coffee making facilities.
Is there first aid on site?
All staff at Whitlingham Adventure are First Aid qualified.
Do you offer access for visitors with disabilities?
We have a disabled toilet and shower facilities and our site is wheel-chair friendly, some of our activities can be tailored to ensure they are inclusive.
Do you cater for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
