With sole occupancy of the site so that you can concentrate on your own group's experience, the team at Plas provide a warm welcome and tailored approach to learning - all within 20 acres of private parkland at the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
Set at the foot of the highest peak in Wales, we combine the power and magic of the natural environment with the challenge of adventurous activities to inspire young people; we'll help them to recognise what they are capable of achieving.
Many activities are on our doorstep, so little time is spent travelling to & from activities and we maximise your time with us. In addition, we aim to have the same staff work with the activity groups for the whole visit so that the activities can be tailored to the needs of individuals and the group; we adjust the level of challenge to suit.
What activities are available during educational visits in 2026 & 2027?
Activities include canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, mountain adventure, gorge walking, gorge descents, mine exploration, beach exploration, abseiling, bushcraft, overnight expeditions, problem solving and many more.

Citizenship
>
British Values Team building
A reflective approach to activity sessions enables young people to become confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors. They'll develop relationships, make decisions and take responsibility for their own experience; we'll translate those experiences in to lessons for life.

Coastal Geology Rivers Sustainability
We are set amongst the mountains, rivers, valleys and beaches of the Snowdonia National Park, and our highly qualified staff can help you achieve all kinds of fieldstudy activities. Programmes and activity delivery can be tailored to include sampling, coastal ecology, geology, rivers, sustainability, glaciation, beaches, map work, habitats and so on.
All of our activities are physically active and we reflect on the importance of moving more for wellbeing.
