JCA are specialists in providing outdoor activities for children. Mill Rythe caters for school groups, youth group residentials and other groups on request. The centre on Hayling Island offers a combination of either one day or residential multi-activity courses from 2-4 night durations. Each of our courses promote educational and personal development in-line with the national curriculum and of course, fun!



Why book JCA for Residential School Trips and Educational Visits?
All of our activities fit into the National Curriculum and can be differentiated for your age group. The majority of our activities cover the Outdoor and Adventurous activities strand of PE and also provide many cross-curricular opportunities.

What size groups do you cater for?
We don't have a minimum group size at Mill Rythe and can cater for up to 590 people at once.
Is there first aid on site?
All of our instructors are fully trained in first aid, but it’s advisable to bring your own qualified first aider who can administer any medication that is required or prescribed.
Do you offer access for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, but these can be limited. Please contact the Head Office for more information on 01273 647230 and we'll be pleased to assist you in the best way possible.
Do you cater for visitors with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Yes, we will help facilitate any group with Special Education Needs or disabilities and your dedicated account manager will work through all the details of your trip before you travel.
Anything else?
Party leaders can book trip preview visits to any of our residential activity centres when planning a school trip. This will include overnight accommodation for up to two people if required. A preview visit gives you the opportunity to review the site, our accommodation, facilities and activities prior to your stay.
