Our Centre provides a fantastic setting for residential courses for all ages. It's a lovely house with fab gardens and each visiting school has the reassurance and security of being the only school staying here.
For KS1 or KS2 pupils we have a very wide range of activities and offer an entirely non-prescriptive approach to planning your course. Many curriculum areas are covered, including Environmental Science, History, Geography and Art, all led by our qualified and expereinced teaching staff. In addition our on-site TV studio, our array of Orienteering and Teambuilding activities, and the space to play & explore in the fantastic gardens provide a memorable school visit.
Many Secondary aged school groups use our Centre as a venue to run courses of their own leading - making full use of the wonderful gardens and indoor spaces to run drama, music and art 'retreats' or other curriculum area revision type courses. These are backed up as necessary with assistance from our teacihig staff and the same high quality catering service.
Residentialluy we can accomodate between 20 and 56 pupils, with slightly larger groups being squeezed in on occasion. For day courses we generally take just one class at a time.
