We focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where students with SEN can build confidence, develop new skills, and experience personal growth. Our instructors are trained to provide the appropriate guidance and assistance, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and enriching experience. At Blackland Farm, we strive to make the outdoors an accessible and empowering space for everyone.
Who are Blackland Farm Outdoor Centre?
Blackland Farm Outdoor Centre is the trading name of 4th Dimension Ltd, a local, independent and trusted operator at Blackland Farm for the last 35 years.
We are great at providing safe, valued experiences for a wide variety of customers from Guiding and Scouting, to primary and secondary schools, alternative provision and SEN schools, the local community and Corporate businesses. Our day and residential courses comprise a combination of over 50 activities both on and off-site, catering from the adventurous to the more conservative equally. We are a major provider of The Duke of Edinburgh Scheme from bronze to gold award, offer GCSE PE provision, as well as bespoke courses to achieve bespoke outcomes, and summer holiday camps for local children.
We stand for delivering fantastic outdoor experiences that help shape young people and adults into the best versions of themselves- through proactive programmes that develop respect, confidence, communication and resilience. We go above and beyond to give you the power to achieve your desired outcomes in a safe, relaxed, and fun environment at affordable prices, in order to ensure that everyone can have them. We value our relationships with customers-well established, and new, treating everyone with integrity and respect to achieve our shared outcomes. Together, we will continue to offer outstanding provision of outdoor experiences for all our beneficiaries- that’s over 25,000 people a year.
