Shooting Star Entertainments
Let us bring the epic world of the Vikings to life in your school hall - a thrilling historical adventure filled with action, discovery, and larger-than-life characters! We can visit your school in: All UK Regions
This exciting, curriculum-linked performance brings the Viking Age vividly to life through interactive theatre. Students join Freya, a brave young Norse girl, as she challenges gender roles, encounters gods and raiders, and sails across the sea in search of treasure. Along the way, children explore Viking life, language, longships, beliefs, and daily struggles-engaging directly with historical content through storytelling, song, and roleplay. Our immersive format helps embed key facts while building empathy, curiosity, and understanding of Viking culture. Ideal for KS2 history, this unforgettable experience reinforces classroom learning in a creative, accessible way.
We offer Relaxed Introductions, Touch Tours, Social Stories and Makaton. While we aren't able to provide BSL translations for our performances, we are happy to provide a copy of our script in advance so that should you have an onsite BSL translator you would like to use, they are able to familiarise themselves with our material before the show.
We come to you and all disabilities are welcome.
