Join The Drama Geezers for an interactive storytelling extravaganza, where children take the reins in crafting a brand-new tale through imaginative play. Together, they'll weave a narrative filled with whimsical characters and wild escapades, bringing the story to life before their very eyes. Once the adventure concludes, the children will immortalise their creation by sketching it on our giant paper!

Armed with only a blank storybook and a bag of props, The Drama Geezers eagerly await the participation of imaginative youngsters to embark on this epic storytelling adventure. Get ready to unleash your imagination and dive into the world of play!

This project can be delivered to one class or your whole school. With the whole school involved, each class creates the next chapter of the story, and when finished, the whole school story is printed for all to enjoy!

This project will inspire children to tell and write stories. Previous schools have been amazed at the follow up writing that has been completed back in class and at home!

Drama Workshop

Playful, Imaginative Drama Project. Immerse your class in an exciting story world in which everybody has a role to play!

English Workshop

Pirates Superheroes Story writing Storytelling Creative writing Heroes and villains Fairy tales Myths and Legends Reading for pleasure

In this workshop The Drama Geezers will ignite children's imaginations and create a love of telling and writing stories. The children will build character, setting and plot ideas as well as all be involved in acting out the story. Every child will be able to creatively express themselves and build confidence and communication skills. This is a playful, memorable experience the children will never forget.

What size groups do you cater for?

EY & KS1 & KS2
1 hour workshop per class

We can also work with your whole school:
1 form entry = 7 Classes (1 hour per class - delivered over 2 days)
2 form entry = 14 Classes (1 hour with 2 classes together - delivered over 2 days)
3 form entry = 21 Classes (1 hour with 3 classes together - delivered over 2 days)

Who are Drama Geezers?

The Drama Geezers champion the use of drama in the classroom, at home and in the community. The Drama Geezer projects immersive children in playful story worlds and through their unique storytelling techniques they can take any primary curriculum topic and bring it to life through drama.

The Drama Geezer projects allow all participants a chance to creatively express themselves through re-imagined learning, helping them to grow into confident communicators. They turn classrooms, homes and community settings into safe spaces where everyone can play, explore and create together.
