In this high-definition immersive experience, we relive the excitement of archeologists discovering ancient monuments. We not only walk around the Great Pyramid of Giza (Egypt), but also inside it - and get to stand on the stone at the very top!
Students can compare standing in both modern and ancient Rome in front of the Colosseum (Italy); and strolling around the 2,000 year-old amphitheatre (briefly experiencing a gladiatorial contest from the centre of the arena too!). As curious archeologists, pupils also enter and investigate the hand-carved caverns and shelters of Petra (Jordan).
We offer a rich selection of sensory immersive music and art experiences, and our geography presenter-led performances are flexible and adaptable for all educational needs, with stunning 360-degree visuals.
Owner and lead presenter Mario Di Maggio has over three decades experience with digital domes and planetariums, both fixed and mobile. He launched and managed the UK`s first purpose-built digital dome (Thinktank Science Museum, Birmingham, 2005-2013); as well as the Glasgow Planetarium, then the UK`s most expensive planetarium (2001-2004). Mario has worked as a consultant for the Guinness Book of World Records Macao Planetarium (China, 2004-2008) and the Peter Harrison Planetarium (London, 2005).
