As part of The Blackpool Tower Circus worksheet, pupils are encouraged to extend their vocabulary to explore the senses they used during the Circus show. The learning materials also include creative and descriptive writing tasks, including asking pupils to write a diary entry from the perspective of Mooky the clown. The post-visit tasks also include creating a storyboard showing the development of the Circus from
its opening in 1894 to the present day, incorporating historical elements.
The Blackpool Tower is operated by Merlin Entertainments. The Blackpool Tower Circus is one of four attractions situated within The Blackpool Tower, which features jaw-dropping circus acts alongside famous clown duo, Mooky and Mr Boo. The Circus provides an ideal learning environment for creative and descriptive writing, whilst still being highly entertaining for all guests.
