The adventure can begin in your classroom with our free resources - watch this space! New news coming soon.

What activities are available during educational visits?

Not only does a school trip to SEA LIFE endorse connectivity and empathy, it can challenges students to become the ultimate ocean conservation champion with our free 'Save our Oceans: The Rangers Challenge' activity pack. Before the trip, pupils will be set their challenge by video message from Ranger Bethan. At SEA LIFE, they’ll encounter our crab-ulous creatures and work in assigned groups to record their learning using free our activity pack filled with engaging tasks. Back at school, they’ll apply their learning by creating an informative campaign educating their community.

Some of the SEA LIFE sites also offer education sessions for KS1 through to KS2 students.

Animals including humans Living things and habitats Life Cycles Habitats Underwater Animals and Habitats

Offering 'real life' context to the terms 'habitat', 'micro-habitat', 'life-cycle' and 'eco-system', students have the opportunity to see for themselves how animals have different adaptations to survive in their habitats. The attraction is also an opportunity to use classification keys to help group, identify and name a variety of living things and recognise that environments can change as a result of human and physical activity and the consequences/dangers that can pose to living things.

Climate change, global warming, conservation and changing the world for the better... We have all heard these phrases being repeated in everyday conversations between politicians, teachers and parents - even between children but what can we actually do to help and why is it happening? Watch this space for our new education programme - coming soon!

For health and safety reasons we are only able to accommodate 10 wheelchairs within the attraction at any one time.
