In the products we use on the farm which are all ecological to our bin systems illustrating what goes into landfill, what is recycled, what is composted on the farm and what is re used on the farm. We cover global warming and climate change when we talk about why we use soil regenerative practices and sequestration of carbon.

Drovers Rest is an award winning 16th century organic farm in the hills on the border of Wales and Herefordshire run by leadership trainers.
We farm organically and practice re-wilding (organic farming plus ensuring wildlife has a place on our farm too) and regenerative (soil regeneration to sequester more carbon) farming practices. We farm lamb & pork and have a kitchen gardens that feeds our onsite restaurant.
When we are not running school trips we run an award winning 5* farm stay business, hosting weddings, corporate events, family gatherings and farm stays.
